PURCHASING AGREEMENT

Welcome to Lorvessiane. This Purchasing Agreement explains the terms that apply when customers place and complete orders through Lorvessiane.com.

By submitting an order, providing payment information, or completing a transaction through our Site, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the purchasing conditions described below.

This Agreement should be reviewed together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, shipping policies, and any other policies or notices made available through Lorvessiane.com.

Please review these terms carefully before completing a purchase.

1. PURCHASE ELIGIBILITY

By submitting an order and payment through Lorvessiane.com, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have reached the minimum legal age required to enter into a binding purchase contract in your jurisdiction;
  • You have the legal capacity and authority to complete the transaction;
  • The purchase, importation, possession, and intended use of the product are lawful where you are located; and

3. ORDER REVIEW, ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

Submitting an order through Lorvessiane.com does not automatically mean that the order has been finally accepted.

All transactions may be reviewed before fulfillment. Where reasonably necessary, Lorvessiane may verify, place on hold, delay, decline, or cancel an order.

Examples of circumstances that may lead to such action include:

  • Payment authorization or verification issues;
  • Suspected fraud or unusual transaction activity;
  • Obvious pricing, listing, data-entry, or technical errors;
  • Incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent customer information;

In some situations, we may request additional information or verification before an order is approved for shipment.

If Lorvessiane cancels an order after payment has already been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Before an order is accepted, we may also make necessary corrections or updates to product availability, specifications, pricing, or promotional conditions.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION, IMAGES & SPECIFICATIONS

We make reasonable efforts to present product information accurately, including product photographs, colors, dimensions, specifications, materials, and written descriptions.

However, minor differences may exist between the physical product and the way it appears on a screen.

These differences may result from factors such as:

  • Monitor, screen, or device display settings;
  • Photography and lighting conditions;
  • Normal manufacturing tolerances;
  • Minor production-batch variations; or
  • Other small production-related differences.

Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that every color, measurement, finish, or visual detail displayed online will be exactly identical to the physical item received.

If an item differs materially from its online description or arrives with an issue covered by one of our applicable policies, please follow the procedures described in our Return, Refund, or Replacement Policy.

Customers should carefully review product details and order information before submitting payment, including when using express, accelerated, or one-click checkout options.

5. PRICING & LISTING INACCURACIES

We take reasonable steps to keep the prices and product information shown on Lorvessiane.com accurate.

From time to time, however, technical errors, administrative mistakes, incorrect data entry, or display problems may occur.

If an order is submitted at an obviously incorrect price caused by a system or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected transaction before shipment.

Where payment has already been collected for an order canceled due to a pricing error, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

We may also correct inaccurate prices, product descriptions, specifications, promotional information, or other listing details once an error is identified.

6. INVENTORY, ORDER PREPARATION & FULFILLMENT

Stock information displayed on Lorvessiane.com is intended as an estimate and does not represent an unconditional guarantee that a product is immediately available for dispatch.

We aim to prepare and ship orders as efficiently as reasonably possible. However, some international purchases may require up to 30 days after payment clearance, depending on the destination and relevant logistics conditions.

Processing or delivery may be affected by circumstances such as:

  • Carrier delays;
  • Severe or disruptive weather;
  • Customs procedures;
  • Transportation interruptions;
  • Supply-chain disruptions; or
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

A product shown as “in stock” does not necessarily guarantee immediate shipment.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, we may contact you, cancel the unavailable item or affected portion of the order, and issue any applicable refund or payment adjustment.

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & LOCAL REQUIREMENTS

Customers purchasing products for delivery outside the region of fulfillment acknowledge that product requirements, labeling standards, customer support options, and legal requirements may differ between countries or territories.

Depending on the destination:

  • Some warranties, remedies, or support options may differ or may not be available;
  • Local customer service arrangements may vary;

  • Packaging and labeling may differ from products manufactured specifically for the destination market.

It is the customer's responsibility to determine whether a product may lawfully be purchased, imported, possessed, and used in the applicable destination country or region.

8. CUSTOMS, TAXES & IMPORT-RELATED CHARGES

Certain taxes or fees may be calculated and collected during checkout where applicable.

Additional charges may nevertheless be imposed after shipment by customs authorities, postal operators, government agencies, carriers, or other local entities.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties;
  • Import taxes;
  • Value-Added Tax (VAT);
  • Customs clearance or handling charges;
  • Tariffs; and
  • Other destination-specific government or carrier fees.

These amounts are generally separate from the product price and shipping charges paid through Lorvessiane.com.

9. GOVERNING LAW & BUSINESS INFORMATION

This Purchasing Agreement, together with purchases completed through Lorvessiane.com, is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the customer's country, state, province, or jurisdiction.
